Tbilisi.The Georgian Young Economists' Association has drafted comments and recommendations on the draft Labor Code. "The Labor Code may indeed require amendments, but this should not happen by violation of interests of any party - an employer or an employee, and it should be balanced to the maximum extent. We should not forget that an employer creates jobs, while an employee is a major resource for any organization", says the document.
