Kakheti. Khulo Local Action Group (LAG) members visited Lagodekhi LAG. The aim of the visit was sharing experience to Khulo LAG.

Within the visit working meeting between Lagodekhi and Khulo LAG was organized during which both side presented implemented activities and future plans. ENPARD Lagodekhi Project Manager shared experience and focused on key elements of the Lagodekhi local development strategy and its importance in the project implementation process. Khulo LAG received recommendations on the grant component and information about major challenges.

In the afternoon both LAG representatives visited business initiatives funded by EU in Lagodekhi municipality with the support of Lagodekhi LAG. Among them were rose greenhouse, children’s psycho-social rehabilitation center, strawberry greenhouse, cold storage facility and cucumber greenhouse.
