''No to Phobia'' responds to a statement of Mikheil Saakashvili

Tbilisi. A civil platform ''No to Phobia'' responds to a discriminatory statement containing hate speech that was made by Mikheil Saakashvili, the third president of Georgia and a leader of the ''National Movement'' party. The former president speaks of various ethnic groups and women in a humiliating and insulting context while making comparisons.
''We call on Mikheil Saakashvili and other politicians to refrain from using hate speech and while criticizing political opponents to not insult, both intentionally and unintentionally, different groups of society, regardless of whether they are women, ethnic or other minority representatives'' – is noted in the statement.
