Tbilisi. The Coalition for an Independent and Transparent Judiciary addresses the Constitutional Court demanding to acknowledge closure of interviews with candidates for judges by the High Council of Justice unconstitutional.
The Coalition demands to acknowledge it unconstitutional the norm of a decision of the High Council of Justice of Georgia regarding "Approval of the rule for selection of candidates for judges”, which norm regulates conducting interviews with candidates for judges on a closed session.
