Tbilisi. Article 42 of the Constitution publishes a statement: Postponement of enactment of ''Law of Georgia on State Inspector Service'' is harmful for fighting against torture and inhuman treatment.

''Establishment of State Inspector Service and its timely introduction is an important reform, which should facilitate fighting against improper treatment, impartial and effective investigation of a number of crimes committed by public servants, or persons equal to them, against human rights and freedoms'', - is noted in the statement.
