Adjara. On March29, "Penal Reform International" and the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association have organized a discussion in the Batumi Civic Engagement Center with participation of the civil society. The event was dedicated to legislative amendments in the criminal justice sector involving local attorneys and NGO representatives. Meeting participants have discussed the amendments to the Imprisonment Code, the Law on Probation and the Criminal Procedure Code.
