Comments of GYLA in regard to the Bill on Persons with Disabilities
Tbilisi. GYLA submitted its comments and opinions to the Parliament of Georgia in regard to the Bill on Persons with Disabilities.
“Although the bill, prepared by the Ministry of Justice and initiated by the Government of Georgia, contains certain positive amendments, it does not change legal condition of persons with disabilities substantially, while in some cases it contradicts the Convention on Persons with Disabilities and deteriorates standards of protection of legal condition of persons with disabilities”, - considered at GYLA.
