Human Rights Center submitted a legislative proposal to the Parliament
Tbilisi. On June 1, the Human Rights Center submitted a legislative proposal to the Parliament of Georgia.
“The legislative proposal is concerning amendments to be made to the Code of Administrative Offenses of Georgia. According to these changes, court reviewing a case of administrative offenses will also assess legality of detention of an accused”, - is stated on the website of the organization on a social network.
