Training in Space Orientation
Tbilisi. As part of the project "Independence”,
from April 30 to May 18 the Polish specialists will deliver trainings organized
by the "ARI ARI” Foundation for the blind in the space orientation, which
include teaching of the space orientation to the blind persons, use of hearing during
the orientation and the preparation of binaural recordings and tactile maps.
The
Polish Foundation "ARI ARI” and NGO "Mariani” have developed the binaural
recordings jointly. It includes recordings made in various streets and metro
stations, as well as sightseeings of Tbilisi.
