“Trends of information manipulation and propaganda spread and change strategy in the online space with a so far unprecedented speed in recent years. While this problem is highly global, its impact on societies passing the process of democratization is particularly strong and multifaceted. Free dissemination of information in countries like Georgia is one of the main achievements and, at the same time, an important challenge of the democratization process. However, discussion on establishment of appropriate mechanisms is not only scarce, but also saturated with ethical and normative dilemmas”.
