Tbilisi. In 2022, ASB Georgia, along with its partners, successfully implemented "UKR Cash Transfer Program", which aims to aid Ukrainian families in Georgia. In the period of September-December, total of 8,793 vouchers were distributed, which amounted to 2,066,355 Gel.
Monthly cash vouchers addressed families’ immediate needs and targeted vulnerable groups: Persons with disability, families with elderly people, families with many children and single headed households. The program is financially supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
