"Businessman Aleksandre Baratashvili escaped the black list of state purchases 4 times in a row without any problems. After four of his companies were blacklisted one after the other, he founded a fifth company and within weeks received contracts from government procurement. All the companies of Aleksandre Baratashvili have received 4.5 million GEL contracts from purchases together."
