Imereti. Through June 11-14 and June 25-26, 2013, within Regional Programme for Building Safer Local Communities in South Caucasus, simulation exercises on activation of local municipality Disaster Preparedness and Response Plans were conducted in Lentekhi, Tsageri, Ambrolauri, Oni, Tkibuli and Sachkhere. Georgia Red Cross Society (GRCS) Disaster Management (DM) Department staff members and representative of the MIA Emergency Management Department facilitated the mentioned activities.
