Kvemo Kartli. On September 28, 2013 NGO "SIQA” together with Rustavi Public School Civil Club Leaders, Georgian and foreign volunteers and American "Peace Corps” volunteers organized a World Heart Day. The event was supported by Rustavi City Hall.
