Tbilisi. Transparency International - Georgia has released a statement in the social network. "The Kutaisi City Hall does not fulfill the 2 September 2013 decision of the Kutaisi City Court on immediate restoration of Vice-Mayor KoteRatiani into office."

"Transparency International – Georgia calls on the local self-government of the self-governing city of Kutaisi to immediately fulfill the court decision, pursuant to which KoteRatiani has not committed any gross violation of official duties, and the Kutaisi Mayor has dismissed him illegally", the statement says.
