Tbilisi. The Young Constitutionalists' Association has organized a press conference on November 9 on the "Local Self-Government Reform, Existing Problems and Ways of Solution."

The Georgian Young Constitutionalists believe that a distinct difference between the powers of Tbilisi's executive authorities and the powers of the executive authorities of other cities, as well as municipalities is eliminated in the draft Law to a certain extent.

Yet, they believe that the country' each citizen must be directly involved in carrying out the local self-government reform.
