Imereti. "Transparency International – Georgia” has organized a discussion on November 20 in Kutaisi on the "Freedom of Information in Georgia”. Students and various CSOs have attended the meeting.
Discussion participants mentioned that pursuant to the amendments made to the General Administrative Code since 1 September 2013, all public institutions are obligated to proactively publish the public information, meaning that various decrees, orders, and a full list of civil servants must be available for any interested person through a web page.
