“Young Barristers” to Present a Legal Analysis of the Khudonhesi Project
Tbilisi. "Young Barristers” has released a
statement concerning the Khudonhesi Project. According to the organization, the
society is less informed about the expediency of implementing the Khudonhesi
project in the Mestia Municipality. Legal team of "Young Barristers” expresses
readiness to probe into several key issues of the project.The organization will publish the
results of the study "Legal Analysis of the Khudonhesi Project” in April 2014.
The study process will span over three months and the society will be informed
about legal justification and approaches of the project.
