Imereti. Representatives of the Kutaisi Branch of Young Lawyers' Association
have organized a round table on March 27 over problems of IDPs. Representatives
of the Abkhazian Government and CSOs operating in the Imereti Region have
participated in the round table.According to them, throughout the process of accommodation of IDPs
priority should be given not to their place of registration but the place of
factual residence where they live for years and are already integrated into.Round table participants have also discussed the amendments made to
the Law on the "Persons Involuntarily Displaced from the Occupied
Territories of Georgia - IDPs".
