Training on Prohibition of Discrimination and Right to Privacy
Tbilisi. A training was delivered on April 11-12
in the office of CSO "Georgian Democratic Initiative" for students on
prohibition of discrimination and right to privacy. Training covered topics
including mechanisms of protection of the right to privacy, international
standards and domestic legislation, signs of discrimination and the norms
protecting from discrimination.Students from the Tbilisi State
University, Technical University, Caucasus University, Ilia State University
and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs have attended the training.Training was organized as part of the
project "Promoting Equality through Education". The project is funded
by the US Embassy.
