Tbilisi. Coalition "Media for Advocacy" has organized a round table on April 16 on the "Challenges of digitalizing regional broadcasters and problems associated with measuring of television ratings".

Media researcher of the Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information UchaSeturi has presented the study report "Ratings of the Georgian TV audience - Challenge for the Georgian Media Sector".

Second half of a round table was devoted to a discussion over problems and challenges of regional broadcasters in the process of switching to digital broadcasting.

Regional and national broadcasters, CSO representatives, organizations involved in the rating assessment process and representatives of the National Communications Regulatory Commission have participated in the discussion.
