The
Foundation "European Initiative – Liberal Academy Tbilisi" has presented the
final report - "Visa Liberalization Prospects: Civil Participation and
Advocacy". The final report is entirely dedicated to monitoring of
fulfillment of obligations set under the Visa Facilitation Agreement and the
European Visa Code by the consulates of the EU member states accredited in
Georgia, and assesses the current situation in consulates by various
parameters. A discussion with participation of representatives of the Georgian
civil sector, authorities, media and the EU member state embassies has followed
