Tbilisi. The organization "Women's Fund in
Georgia" has organized the charity discussion on the members of the
feminist punk-rock movement Riot Girls – "Art and Feminist Activism".
Discussed at the meeting were the art as one of means of expression in the
feminist activism. Amount raised at the discussion was fully donated to the
grant budget of the Women's Fund.
The discussion was hosted by the cafe
"Frontline" on September 28, with participation of Alison Wolf –
founder of the feminist rock-group "Bratmobile" and a social
activist, NadyaBaise – a feminist, performance activist, Bernardo Santareli –
musician and social activist, and Irakli Kakabadze – a writer.
