Multi-Media Element Added to G-PAC Grant Applications

Tbilisi. It is already possible to attach a video file when filling in the on-line grant application as part of the G-PAC program of the East-West Management Institute. Through video files the applicants can convey project-related ideas that would have been impossible in the written application forms. In addition, videos can demonstrate the ways of problem solution.
Video application is not mandatory, however, it is designed to improve the traditional written grant applications.
The novelty is a part of the "New Media, New Approach" of the EWMI G-PAC, which promotes wider use of new media for increasing the impact of the Georgian civil society. As part of this initiative, the Skype program is already applied in the process of grant evaluation, while the question-and-answer session for the traineeship program took place on Facebook.
