Tbilisi. A cycle of trainings - "Mediation Skills for Notaries" - was launched based on joint agreement of the "Mediation Center" and the Notary Chamber of Georgia. As part of the training, the trainers of the "Mediation Center" will train stage by stage 75 notaries over one month. The training covers topics such as causes of conflict and methods of their elimination; seat of mediation in the alternative dispute resolution methods; key principles, advantages and restrictions of mediation, etc.
