Tbilisi. The Election Environment Development Center has monitored the local self-government election rerun on 29 June 2014 at all 14 election precincts in all 9 election districts. Observers were observing the election process as at election precincts, as well as in the respective Election District Commissions.According to the observers, the process of opening the election precincts, polling, counting the votes and summarizing the results was peaceful and organized. Minor gaps were reported, to which the Election Commission has reacted duly. Overall, no significant violations have taken place on the polling day.
