Tbilisi. The observer mission of the Center for Development and Democracy will observe the second round of the self-government elections. The second round of the 15 June 2014 elections of the local self-government executive authorities – Mayors of self-governing cities Tbilisi, Batumi, Rustavi, Poti, Gori, Mtskheta and Telavi and the Gamgebelis (local governors) of self-governing communities Akhmeta, Kvareli, Gori, Tianeti, Martvili, Kobuleti, Baghdati, Khoni, Tkibuli, Lanchkhuti, Terjola, Telavi and Khulo will be held on 12 July 2014. The Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) will observe the course of the second round on July 12 with the 150-observer mission.
