Tbilisi. The Civil Society Institute (CSI)
launches the presentations and discussions over draft CSO development state
support concept.The state concept for CSO development
aims to support the empowerment mechanisms of the civil society through jointly
overcoming the challenges before the society. In particular, it aims to enhance
the degree of CSO participation in the planning, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation of ongoing processes in the country; create legislative basis for
forming the mechanisms of institutional and financial support of the civil
society development; support volunteer-based public initiatives, diversity and
development to strengthen civil society and create relevant social capital in
the country.
