The Civil Society Platform
has released information on 20 free of charge education web pages. "Today,
in the century of technologies, there are other means of receiving education
apart from studying in expensive universities, annual fees of which often
exceed several thousands. There are hundred education web pages in the
Internet, which provide opportunity to all, irrespective of their material capabilities,
to receive desired education in any field easily, free of charge and without
leaving home," says the organization's page.
