Samtskhe-Javakheti. A summer school for children with disabilities and special needs and their parents – organization World Vision Georgia has organized a five-day development program in Bakuriani. A summer school aimed at supporting the parents and developing independent living skills among the children. 15 children of 2-13 years of age from 6 villages of the Akhaltsikhe and Adigeni Municipalities have been involved in the program. In addition, 12 parents have been trained.As part of the summer school the parents have met with successfully employed persons with disabilities and representatives of the Borjomi Parents' Club.
