“Young Barristers” – State should be strict to eliminate anti-constitutional actions
Tbilisi. The "Young Barristers" applies to the Ministry of Internal Affairs "to be more clarity on the issue of public safety, in particular, due to the Minister’s newspaper interview on September 10, 2014 in which some civil society prepares a conspiracy to seize and destabilize state power in autumn, in Georgia. ..."Young Barristers" appeals to civil society groups to pursue a special legal responsibility when there is a high probability of their use for the purposes of the opposition. The organization positively evaluates civic engagement, however it is inadmissible to implement the views of society by violation of the rule of law. If there is an assignment to involve any group in the implementation and fullfilment of anti-constitutional activities, it is essential to make public the evidence of such actions".
