From January 1, 2019, a new tax regulation for civil society organizations has been enacted - the rule that stipulates their taxation with income tax has been amended. What does this change for the third sector and, in general, how healthy is the tax environment which civil society organizations have to operate in? These issues were clarified with Levan Paniashvili, Chief Lawyer of the “Civil Society Institute”.
