Mikheil Muskhelishvili (Michel Mouskhely) was one of those Georgians who spoke about the idea of a united Europe before creation of the European Union.
Excited with the idea of the European Union, the scientist devoted a lot of works to the idea of a united Europe, including a draft of a Federal Constitution of the Europe elaborated by him together with his colleagues.
Many years later, the idea of Mouskhely and his fellow scientists about a united Europe became a reality.
