“Initially, when I said that I would become an ecologist, everyone told me that I was a woman and would not succeed... However, my family members always repeated - Nino, you can do it! You will manage your work well! I am so glad I made that choice and I am an ecologist today. I do not completely agree with an opinion that a woman is unable to do this job”, - states Nino Magradze, a community ranger.
