Within the framework of elections monitoring project, Human Rights Center is announcing a vacancy for a Project Director in its Tbilisi office.
Main duties:
** Monitor Presidential Elections and prepare report after the elections which will present assessment and analysis of the elections.
** Discover violations during the monitoring and take responsive measures
** Coordinate 36 monitors before and during elections.
Qualifications:
** Experience in monitoring elections
** Experience in preparing reports after monitoring elections
** Familiarity with electoral legislation and main international human rights documents
** Good knowledge of English and Georgian
** Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs
** Ability to work both independently and as a team member
** Distinguished skills in communication and organization
** Analytical and critical thinking skills, punctuality, objectivity.
Salary: $600 (equivalent in GEL).
