Improvement of hazelnut production is vital for the economic development of Samegrelo, Guria, Imereti, Kakheti, and Adjara regions. Through this solicitation, GHIP seeks a qualified offeror to develop a vocational training program and a professional training program in the Georgian language. These two training programs will be submitted and approved by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia. The goal of this activity is to enable growers of these regions to improve hazelnut yields and quality. The training will help the participants adopt best orchard management practices and implementation of practices provided by this training will enable growers to increase yields and quality with limited additional capital expenditure.
