The USAID Civil Society Engagement Program announces a call for applications for student’s groups and movements to attend five-day training on forms of nonviolent protest and strategies for mobilizing citizens.
The course is open to all activists who are trying to achieve positive changes into the academic environment.
The course will be conducted by experienced trainers from the Centre for Applied Nonviolent Action and Strategies (CANVAS). After five days of training, participants will receive consultation and mentorship from CANVAS experts to successfully implement their initiatives and disseminate their new skills to a wider audience. They will also be offered additional online training sessions focused on creative forms and methods of civic activism.
