Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) is seeking an Evaluation Consultant(s) to conduct an evaluation of its Organizational Development Initiative (ODI).

The evaluation shall provide an independent assessment of the ODI's efficiency and effectiveness in reaching the Initiative's goals, as well as EPF's mission and programmatic objectives. EPF expects that the recommendations derived from the evaluation will support EPF's learning and further development of its organizational development assistance to non-profits in Georgia.

The evaluation is scheduled to be conducted in February - April, 2014.
