The Council of Europe Office in Georgia is announcing a tender to create a pool of local consultants.
They will support the implementation of the co-operation activities of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe in the fields of participatory democracy, decentralisation and multi-level dialogue, prevention of combating disinformation and hate speech while promoting human rights, evidence-based decision-making and data-driven governance, communication and advocacy strategies, and Social and Behavioural Change as part of the Council of Europe Action Plans for Georgia (2024-2027).
