Transparency International Georgia (TI Georgia), a non-profit organization registered in Tbilisi, is soliciting the service of an audit firm to:

1) Conduct an audit of USAID funds TI Georgia received in 2013, in accordance with Guidelines for Financial Audits Contracted by Foreign Recipients issued by the Office of Inspector General and US Government Auditing Standards;

2) Carry out an audit of the organization's over all grants for 2013 in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

The auditor should present its findings and recommendations for improvement in a management letter.
