PH International Georgia is soliciting offers (proposals) for the services on Final Evaluation of the Applied Civic Education and Teacher Training Program funded by US Agency for International Development (Cooperative agreement AID-114-A-10-00004). Offers should be submitted before COB Friday, April 15, 2014 on the following email address: tea.mshvenieradze@ph-int.org and please indicate "RFP ACETT Final Evaluation" in the subject line.

Offer (proposal) should include:

** Letter confirming that the organization/company agrees with all the requirements defined in the ToR which is attached to this announcement;

** Timetable, according to the ToR;

** Cost proposal (refer to the attached ToR, section 5);

** Detailed CVs of consultants involved in the provision of the services (CVs should demonstrate the experience of the consultant's in evaluating small, medium and large scale donor funded programs);

** A certificate from the Tax Department that there is no debt on the participating organization's account

** Certificate from the Public Registry for the absence of seizure of the property
