Civil Society Institute is announcing an open call for applications to design a policy paper on the topic: "Transnational and Trans-border Regional Cooperation”. 

Any research organization (including universities, think tanks, CSOs, etc.) is eligible for the competition. 

The deadline for submitting the applications is the 17th of November, 2014. 

This competition is ongoing in the framework of the Regional Development program.
