International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) is an independent, non-partisan, non-governmental organization operating since 1995. ISFED's mission is to protect and promote democratic values by ensuring transparency of electoral processes, government control and citizen participation.
Strategic directions of ISFED's activities include: development of democratic institutions, promotion of democratic values and civic thinking, support of transparency of electoral processes and equal electoral environment, development of local self-governments and facilitation of dialogue between authorities and citizens.

ISFED is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, qualified and audacious candidate for the opening of Executive Director to lead the organization and ensure its continued progress in the future. Executive Director will be selected by and report to members of ISFED's Board. He or she will be responsible for ISFED's management and as ISFED's spokesperson will represent the organization before general public. He or she will ensure fulfillment of ISFED's long-term strategy, goals and objectives, as well as fundraising for ISFED's programs, and building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
