The Goerdeler Kolleg is an advanced training program for the next generation of executives. In the course of the year, participants take part in three seminars and implement a project in their home country. Twenty German-speaking participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine take part in the program each year. They work in public administration, in business or in non-profit organizations.
