With a total value of EUR 10 million, the Call for Proposals (CfP) aims to contribute to the implementation of more sustainable local energy policies by enabling local authorities in the Eastern Neighbourhood countries to implement investment projects as part of their Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAPs) under the Covenant of Mayors (CoM). The deadline for submission of concept notes is 30 June 2017.

This call for proposals is part of programme supporting the Covenant of Mayors initiative with a focus on the implementation of actions in the energy/climate field and comprises of technical assistance and grants.
