International project Tbilisi Shelter City focused on relocation of human rights defenders at risk from former USSR area under financial support of the Netherlands Royal Embassy to Georgia announces open tender for the consultancy of the staff supervisor/project evaluator.

Consultant is supposed to develop methodology for the staff supervision and project evaluation, facilitate supervision meeting for the 8 staff members on 20-21 of September 2018, and deliver report with the conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications of the consultant:

1. Master’s degree in the field of project management, development studies, social sciences or other relevant degree.

2. At least 5 years of intensive experience in the field of project management, evaluation and staff supervision of the international projects.

3. Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English.

4. Ability to work in the intercultural environment.

Working station: Tbilisi

Timeframe:

10 days prior to the supervision meeting consultant is supposed to submit to the project management proposed methodology for discussion

5 days after the 2 days supervision meeting consultant is supposed to deliver written report on findings and recommendations

Proposed remuneration: will be negotiated based on qualifications of the consultant
