On March 19, 2022, the Rondell Foundation, with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) launched a training program for the youth wing of political parties aimed at promoting the development of Georgian political institutions. Within the framework of the program, representatives of the political parties and political movements will undergo a 6-month training course, which will cover current issues of domestic and foreign policy. It is noteworthy that the Rondeli Foundation, with the support of various donors, has been implementing the training program for youth wings of political parties since 2008. Tbilisi. 45 employees of the Service Agency and the Patrol Police Unified Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will learn how to deliver services to persons with physical, hearing and visual impairments. According to the information of the Taso Foundation gender stereotype is a generalized view or preconception of the qualities, characteristics, or roles that women and men should possess or perform. “Whether or not stereotypical approaches are hostile, they stir up inequality in any case. In addition, if gender stereotypes are combined with other stereotypes, it disproportionately negatively affects certain groups of women, such as members of minority groups, women with disabilities, women with low economic status, migrant women, and so on. Gender stereotypes are a common cause of discrimination against women and often contribute to the violation of a wide range of rights such as the right to health, adequate living conditions, education, marriage, freedom from gender-based violence, employment, freedom of expression, freedom of movement, political participation and representation”.
