There is still no day of remembrance for victims of Soviet totalitarianism in Georgia. At the initiative of Soviet Past Research Laboratory, to immortalize victims of Soviet repressions, their names are read at #22, Ingorokva str. every year, on July 30. The Soviet totalitarian regime killed hundreds of thousands of people; it is important to revive names of these people in order to have a sense of justice so that this maltreatment does not end without a trace. Initially, an Eco club of the Maradisi village counted only four members. The idea of creating it came to one of the school students, which soon became a reality and in the very first year of launching the club they took second place in the Niko Ketskhoveli school competition.
