Organizations address to President of Georgia, Prime Minister of Georgia and Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia. "we apply to you over the violation of rights of a citizen of Georgia, Saikhan Muzaev. The Ministry of Interior Affairs has prohibited him from leaving the country without providing any substantiation, and is restricting his freedom of movement guaranteed by the Constitution of Georgia".
