The Civil Society Institute has presented web portal - csogeorgia.org - in the regions of Georgia for the students. At the meetings in Kutaisi, Telavi and Gori, representatives of the portal have informed students about the web page, resources that csogeorgia.org unites and how youngsters can use this opportunity. Up to 100 students have attended the meetings.

Tbilisi. on June 10 , the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) conducted a simulation of the Election Day monitoring methodology - Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT). PVT is an advanced monitoring methodology for evaluating the quality of the Election Day process.  simulation is part of ISFED’s pre-election preparations, aiming at testing five major components of the PVT system: 1. It tests the network connections; 2. It tests the observers’ understanding how to report; 3. It tests the receipt of SMS messages into the database; 4. It tests that all reports are complete; and 5. It tests the quality of the data using a sophisticated database.  The simulation allows ISFED to identify the potential problems and then make any necessary corrections prior to the Election Day. Samegrelo. Schoolchildren of math clubs set up in the rural schools of the Gori Municipality by the Center "Abkhazia" have visited Zugdidi on June 7. The visit was organized as part of the project "Youth Participation and Development" (funded by USAID and implemented with support from UNICEF). Partner CSO "Atinati" has hosted the children.Following a short cultural program, a math competition was organized in the office of "Atinati" with participation of 10 guest and 19 host schoolchildren. Competition was held among 5 teams. Teams were formed at the start of the competition and included both host and guest schoolchildren.Competition was rather entertaining and required general logical thinking and good knowledge of mathematical calculations.

Kvemo Kartli. The 5th season of SIQA's Youth Club "Skills for Professional Success" has concluded on June 9. During 3 months youngsters were trained in communications, conflicts management, public speaking and debates.Young club members from Rustavi and Tbilisi have organized several community and filed activities. Adjara. CSO "Borjghali" has organized another narrative performance on June 6 in the Batumi Press Cafe, held as part of the organization's project "Democratic Narrative Group". The Group members have searched for democratic stories, worked on the topics and submitted them to the jury. The Festival format provides for revealing the best narrative team.In addition, out of narrative performances delivered as part of the Festival, 10 best stories telling about civil activism and fight for democratic ideals will be selected and relevant videos will be produced.

"The Marneuli District Electoral Commission (DEC) annulled the registration of Akmamed Imamkuliyev, the United National Movement’s candidate for the office of the head of municipal administration – gamgeoba, on 5 June.Earlier, verbal confrontation occurred between between the party’s and the DEC’s representatives, which was assessed negatively by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) and nongovernmental organizations". Tbilisi. Women's demonstration was held on June 7. Women from entire Georgia have organized a march requesting "to vote for women ... we need women in politics". The campaign is organized by CSOs "Gender Equality Network" and the "Journalist Network for Gender Equality". On June 7th, 2014, Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Free Press Unlimited held Internet Freedom Meeting. IDFI presented newly launched Internet Freedom Platform (www.freedomtointernet.com).
